Technique Balance

These values control the combat stats and behavior of every breathing technique. The raw file is kimetsucraft-techniques-common.toml in your server's config folder. Most values take effect immediately without a server restart.

All damage values are raw HP. Cooldowns are in ticks (20 ticks = 1 second). AP and DP refer to Attack Priority and Defense Priority as described in the Priority System.

First Form: Water Surface Slash

Parameter Default Description
