Stamina¶
Stamina is the resource that gates your technique usage. Every breathing technique and combat art costs stamina. If you don't have enough, the technique won't fire. No partial casts, no overdraft — you either have the stamina or you don't.

Scaling with Concentration¶
The Concentration stat directly increases both your max stamina and your regen rate. Each point adds +15 max stamina and +0.1 regen per second. See Stats for the full breakdown.
There is no regen delay after using a technique or taking damage — stamina starts refilling immediately.
